These terms govern the use of the Tinnkers platform and services. Last updated: October 4, 2026.
Acceptance of terms: By accessing or using Tinnkers, a user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If a user does not agree, they should not use the platform.
Eligibility: Tinnkers is for users aged 13 and over. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 13. Users under 18 must use the platform with the involvement of a parent, guardian or school.
Use of the platform: Tinnkers is intended for learning, exam practice, skill development, and related educational use. Users agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Account deletion: you may delete your account at any time in Profile - Settings - Delete account (open the section and type your full name to confirm; pasting is disabled), or by emailing privacy@tinnkers.com from your registered address. Deletion takes effect immediately in-app; emailed requests are confirmed within 30 days.
Content and intellectual property: Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, structure, and materials on Tinnkers belong to Tinnkers or are used with permission. Users may access content for personal learning use, but may not copy, resell, redistribute, or republish platform materials without permission.
AI-assisted content: Some content on Tinnkers may be AI-generated or AI-assisted. Tinnkers vets such content for quality assurance before publication, but users acknowledge that errors, omissions, or limitations may still occur. Complaints or concerns about AI-assisted content may be logged through the contact emails provided in this document.
Rewards, promotions, and prizes: From time to time, Tinnkers may run learning challenges, streak incentives, prize campaigns, or related promotions. Eligibility, duration, and award conditions may vary and may be subject to separate rules announced at the relevant time.
Future features: Some features, including tutor-connection services, may be listed as coming soon. Tinnkers does not guarantee that every planned feature will be available immediately or on a specific date.
Suspension or termination: Tinnkers may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where there is misuse, suspected abuse, harmful activity, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
